Norway has many skiing resorts to choose from, among the most popular are Geilo, Hemsedal
(approximately 4 hours from Bergen), Lillehammer -
Hafjell (8 hours from Bergen) and Voss (1,5 hour from
Bergen).
For the season 2007/2008 we offer
accommodation in hotels, apartments and cabins in resorts: Hafjell,
Hemsedal and Geilo. Prices on request. |

All the skiing resorts are modern and offer excellent conditions both for
alpine skiing, snowboarding and cross-country skiing. Children have
usually their own ski-lifts and slopes. The larger resorts are equipped
with snow cannons and thus ensure good skiing conditions throughout the
whole skiing season. Those who are really keen on skiing can take the
advantage of evening skiing, which is offered in the larger resorts on
illuminated slopes. Neither the evening entertainment
after a demanding skiing day is forgotten - the guests are invited to local after ski bars and
restaurants.
The season usually lasts from November up to May. However, Galdhøpiggen (approx.6 hours from Bergen) offers summer skiing between June and
October. The skiing card costs about NOK 300 per day. |

Thanks to the popularity of skiing, the choice of skiing resorts is wide.
The largest capacity of ski lifts is 23 000 persons per hour and therefore
the Norwegian skiing resorts are suitable even for the most demanding. On
the other side, the smaller skiing centres are perfect for families with
children, who certainly enjoy the calmer places.
