About JANDIS
JANDIS is a Norwegian based company providing services
for incoming tourists. Its location in the second biggest town in Norway -
Bergen - predetermined specialization on Bergen and the Hordaland region.
Knowledge of the local market allows us to offer you a wide choice of
activities and tailor-made excursions. JANDIS organizes guided tours,
fishing, boat tours, sightseeing from a plane, rafting etc. We also ensure
accommodation and tourist visa, if needed.
Payment conditions: 100% pre-payment before the tour starts.
We accept payment: via bank transfer or from VISA/MasterCard.
Cancellation conditions (individual conditions for fishing cabins and boat/yacht hire):
- up to 14 days prior to the tour: without any charges
- 14-8 days prior to the tour: payment 25%
- 7-4 days prior to the tour: payment 50%
- 3 days and less: payment 100% of the services.
In case if the client made a premayment and the services were not provided (due to the fault of JANDIS), JANDIS is obliged to refund the whole amount of prepayment.
Clients have right to claim the services according to the Norwegian Consumer Law (Forbruksloven).
